Most Support Tickets Are Just a Question the System Already Knows the Answer To
"Where's my order" and a straightforward return within your policy don't need a person to type an answer that's already sitting in your order management system. We build agents that answer, act, and route the rest to your team — wired into the tools you already run.
The Tickets That Repeat, Order After Order
Four Tasks That Come Straight From Order Data
Order Status, Answered in Real Time
The agent pulls live status from your order management or fulfillment system and answers directly — no ticket sitting in a queue for something the system already knows.
Returns and Exchanges Within Policy
The agent checks the order against your return window and policy, and if it's within bounds, generates the label or instructions and processes it. Anything outside the stated policy — a late request, a used item — gets flagged for a person, not silently approved or silently refused.
Restock Notifications, Followed Through
When a backordered item comes back in stock, customers who asked to be notified get told, with a direct link to complete the purchase — and the agent stops notifying once they've bought it or the window closes.
Support Ticket Triage
Incoming tickets get categorized by type and urgency — a damaged item needing photo evidence handled differently from a sizing question — and routed to the right queue, with a draft reply prepared for the more routine ones.

Exceptions to Your Own Policy Are a Human Call
An agent can apply your stated policy precisely and consistently, which is worth a lot on its own. What it shouldn't do is decide when to bend that policy. A customer asking for an exception — past the return window, outside the stated terms — is asking for a judgment call, and that authority stays with a person who can weigh the relationship, not a rule the agent is applying literally.
We build the agent to draft the options and hand it off clearly, rather than either auto-approving or auto-refusing something outside its remit.
Honestly, Low Order Volume May Not Justify This Yet
If your ticket volume is low enough that one person handles support comfortably alongside other work, the build cost may outweigh the time it saves right now. This earns its keep fastest once repetitive tickets are a genuine daily volume, not an occasional one.
Ecommerce Questions
Can it approve a refund outside our stated policy?
Not on its own. It can apply your policy exactly as written and process what's within it, but a discretionary exception — a goodwill refund past the window, say — goes to a person with the authority to make that call. See the caveat section below.
How does it know an order status without a person checking?
It reads directly from your order management or fulfillment system, the same data your support team would look up, and answers from that in real time.
Does it handle damaged-item claims?
It can triage the ticket, ask for photo evidence, and start the return or replacement process, but anything with photo evidence still gets a human look before a resolution is finalized.
Will it spam customers when an item restocks?
No — it only notifies customers who specifically asked to be told, and stops once they've completed the action, so it's not a marketing blast dressed up as a notification.
Does it replace our helpdesk software?
No. It works inside the helpdesk you already use, categorizing and routing tickets and drafting replies there — your team still sees everything it does.
