An Agent Inside Your Product, Not a Chat Widget Bolted to It
Your users don't want a chatbot that quotes your help docs back at them. They want their ticket actually resolved, their plan actually changed, their setup actually finished. We build agents that read your real account and usage data and act on it.
One distinction worth being upfront about: this page is about agents we build into your product, for your users — support, onboarding, billing. It's not a description of how AI Agents Firm sells its own service. We're a project-based agency; you get a custom-built agent and a statement of work, not a subscription dashboard to configure yourself.
What This Actually Looks Like Day to Day
Support ticket triage & resolution
The agent reads an incoming ticket, checks the account's plan and usage data in your product's own database, resolves the common cases directly — a reset, a billing-line explanation — and escalates bugs or churn-risk signals to a person with context attached.
In-app onboarding
The agent checks where a new user actually is in setup and nudges based on real account state — a config step not yet completed, an integration not yet connected — instead of a generic email drip sent on a fixed schedule.
Billing & plan-change handling
A user asks to upgrade, downgrade or add seats. The agent looks up the current subscription in your billing system and makes the change if it's a standard one, escalating anything involving a custom contract or enterprise pricing to sales or success.
Churn-risk follow-up
The agent monitors real usage data for a meaningful drop-off and reaches out with a specific, relevant nudge tied to what actually stopped — not a generic "we miss you" — and flags the account to a customer success manager.
Wired Into the Systems Your Product Already Runs On
Support & ticketing platforms
Reads and resolves tickets directly, escalating anything outside its confidence with the ticket's full context attached.
Your product's own database & usage analytics
Checks real account state and usage patterns instead of guessing at where a user actually is.
Billing & subscription systems
Reads and updates standard plan changes, routing anything non-standard to a person.
What Gets Escalated, and Why
A suspected bug, a custom contract or refund exception, and any account showing a strong churn signal all go to a person — an engineer, a salesperson, a success manager — with the relevant account data already attached. The agent resolves what it can verify from your actual systems and hands off the rest cleanly.
Where This Isn't a Fit Yet
Diagnosing the actual root cause of a genuine product bug, or negotiating a contract or refund exception, isn't work we'd hand to an agent — those need an engineer or someone with real authority over the account, and we'll be direct about that during scoping rather than oversell what the agent should be doing there.
Questions From SaaS Teams
Is AI Agents Firm itself a SaaS product we subscribe to?
No. We're an agency — we design and build a custom agent for your product under a project statement of work, not a subscription tool you sign up for and configure yourself. This page is about agents we build into your product, for your users.
Can the agent fix a real bug in our product?
No. It can recognise the signs of one, gather the right diagnostic detail, and route it to your engineering team with context attached. Root-causing and fixing an actual bug stays with your engineers.
Will it make contract or refund exceptions on its own?
No. Anything involving a custom contract, an enterprise pricing exception or a refund outside your standard policy is escalated to sales or success, not decided by the agent.
Do you connect to our support, billing and product data?
Very likely, if they expose an API — which most modern SaaS stacks do. Tell us what you run on a discovery call and we'll say plainly whether it's straightforward or genuinely hard, see AI integrations.
Tell Us Where Your Support Queue Backs Up
Book a short call. We'll ask what your ticket and onboarding volume actually looks like and tell you plainly whether an agent is the right fix for it.
