The bigger question first: what happens once an agent is live

This page, strictly, governs aiagents.firm.in and its two forms. It does not govern the agent itself. Once a project starts, the agent we build reads from and writes to systems that belong to you — a CRM, a helpdesk, a document store, whatever the scope names — and none of that traffic ever routes through this website. It runs on credentials you issue and can revoke, and it's scoped to the task it was built for.

Which specific systems and AI providers are involved in your project, how long anything is retained, and who else touches it, gets written into the project agreement before work starts. We don't leave that implicit, and this page isn't where to look for it — the agreement is.

What the website itself collects

Two forms live on this site: a longer brief on /contact/, and a shorter call request on /book-a-call/. Both are read by the same code on our server. Neither one signs you up for anything, creates an account, or adds you to a mailing list.

Beyond the table, your browser and our server exchange the ordinary technical details any web request carries — an IP address, a browser identifier, a timestamp. Nothing about your device is fingerprinted for tracking purposes.

Sending a form, step by step

Submitting either form does three things. First, it's checked server-side: a hidden field that only a script would ever fill in, plus a small arithmetic question tied to a short-lived signed code rather than a database record. Fail either check and the submission goes no further — no external anti-bot service is called to make that decision, it happens entirely on our own server. Second, on a clean submission, the details are emailed to whoever handles enquiries. Third, the same details are written to the server's own activity log as a backup, because outbound mail can silently fail and a log entry is what keeps an enquiry from vanishing when that happens.

We rely on you having asked us to reply as the basis for processing what you send — that's enough on its own, and we don't additionally use it to build a marketing list or sell it onward. Two other parties necessarily see it in passing: the company that hosts the server, and the outbound email service that relays the notification to our inbox, the way a courier sees a package without opening it. We don't name our inbox address publicly for the same reason we'd rather you didn't paste anything sensitive into either form — if something genuinely private needs to reach us, ask first and we'll suggest a better route.

Cookies, tracking and how long anything sticks around

WordPress itself sets a cookie only if someone logs in to administer the site, which a visitor filling in a form never does. Nothing here is used for advertising or cross-site profiling.

No analytics tag is loaded right now — the theme only wires one up if a measurement ID is deliberately configured, and none currently is. This paragraph, and the date at the top, will change the day that's no longer true.

An enquiry that turns into a project stays on file as part of that project's record. One that doesn't lead anywhere is cleared out once it's clearly gone cold. Ask sooner and we'll delete it sooner. Ordinary server logs rotate on our hosting provider's own maintenance cycle regardless of anything above.

Your rights, and the practical bits

Wherever you're writing to us from, local law most likely gives you some say over data held about you — typically the right to see it, correct it, have it deleted, or take a complaint to a regulator. Get in touch and we'll act on it inside whatever timeframe applies, without first making you prove which law that is. We operate out of India and work with people well outside it, so a message crossing a border to reach us is simply how email works, not something unusual happening to your data.

A short list of everything else: this is a business-to-business site and isn't built for children, nor do we knowingly gather anything from them. A link that takes you elsewhere — WhatsApp, a document, another company's page — is governed by wherever it leads, not by this one. This page moves when our practices do, and there's no archive of older versions to dig through, only the current live text. And none of the above is legal advice for your specific situation — if a project needs a formal data processing agreement on our side, say so and we'll work through your paperwork properly rather than pointing back at this page.
